2. Eligibility

By using our platform, you confirm that you:

For Job Seekers

• Career resources, guides, and industry insights

Access to these services is subject to payment of the applicable platform fee, as described in Section 6.

For Employers and Recruiters

Employers and recruiters using our platform agree to:

• Post only genuine, lawful, and accurate job listings
• Use candidate profiles and data solely for legitimate recruitment purposes
• Comply with all applicable employment, labour, and anti-discrimination laws
• Not use our platform to mislead, defraud, or harm job seekers

Service Availability

While we strive to ensure our platform is available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, with or without notice, for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

By using our platform, you agree that you will not:

• Upload or share false, misleading, or fraudulent information including fabricated qualifications or work experience
• Impersonate any person, employer, or organisation
• Use our platform to distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform or systems
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the platform's operation
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from our platform without written permission
• Use our platform in any manner that violates applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove any content and take appropriate action, including account suspension, where these obligations are not met.

6. Fees and Payments

Platform Fee

Access to certain services on PRAMVI CAREERS requires payment of a small platform fee. The applicable fee will be clearly communicated to you before payment is required. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you authorise us to charge the stated fee to your chosen payment method. We do not store your full card or bank account details.

GST and Taxes

Where applicable, Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other statutory taxes will be applied to your transaction in accordance with Indian tax law. A tax invoice will be issued upon successful payment.

Refunds

Platform fees are generally non-refundable once access to services has been granted. Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, or where required by applicable consumer protection law. 7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and materials available on PramviCareers.com are the intellectual property of PRAMVI CAREERS or its licensors, and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

No Employment Guarantee

PRAMVI CAREERS is a platform facilitator, not an employment agency. We do not guarantee that use of our platform will result in a job offer, interview, or any other employment outcome. All hiring decisions rest solely with the respective employers.

Accuracy of Listings

Job listings on our platform are provided by employers and third parties. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure listings are genuine and accurate, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing. We recommend independently verifying the details of any opportunity before applying.

Platform Availability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PRAMVI CAREERS shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of employment opportunity, income, or career prospects
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data
• Actions or omissions of employers or third parties on our platform
• Loss or damage arising from reliance on any job listing, content, or recommendation on our platform

In any event, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total platform fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the relevant claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PRAMVI CAREERS, its directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any false or misleading information you provide
• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We are committed to compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) of India.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
